By accessing or using MyPropertyPro’s website and services, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service and agree to comply with them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and MyPropertyPro.

To use MyPropertyPro, you must be:

  • Able to form legally binding contracts under applicable Nigerian laws. 
  • Agreeing to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering or listing properties. 

 

3. Services Offered 

MyPropertyPro offers the following services: 

  • Property listing for sale, rent, or lease. 
  • Advertising for property owners, agents, and developers. 
  • Search functionalities to browse properties by location, type, or budget. 

MyPropertyPro does not own or manage properties listed on the platform and acts only as an intermediary. 

4. User Responsibilities 

4.1 Registration 

  • You must create an account to access certain features. 
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 

 

4.2 Content Submission 

  • You may submit property listings, images, and descriptions. By doing so, you represent that you have the right to publish such content and grant MyPropertyPro a license to use it. 
  • Submitted content must not contain false, misleading, or illegal information. 

 

4.3 Compliance with Laws 

  • Users must comply with Nigerian property and advertising laws. 
  • Listings that violate any legal or ethical standards will be removed. 

 

5. Prohibited Activities 

You agree not to: 

  • Post fraudulent or misleading property listings. 
  • Use the platform to solicit unauthorized business. 
  • Engage in activities that harm MyPropertyPro’s reputation or disrupt services. 
  • Upload harmful software, malware, or spam. 

 

6. Fees and Payments 

  • MyPropertyPro offers free and paid listing options. Fees for premium services are clearly stated on our website. 
  • Payments made for premium listings are non-refundable except in cases of error attributable to MyPropertyPro. 

 

7. Intellectual Property 

  • All content on the platform, including the MyPropertyPro logo, website design, and functionalities, is protected under intellectual property laws. 
  • Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without express permission from MyPropertyPro. 

 

8. Limitation of Liability 

  • MyPropertyPro does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of listed properties. 
  • We are not liable for disputes between buyers, sellers, or agents. 
  • The platform is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. 

 

9. Termination 

MyPropertyPro reserves the right to: 

  • Suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms. 
  • Remove listings that violate our policies. 

10. Dispute Resolution 

Disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under the laws of Nigeria. Parties agree to attempt mediation before proceeding to arbitration or litigation. 

 

11. Amendments 

MyPropertyPro may update these Terms of Service periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or announcements on our platform. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of updated terms.
